I stayed at the Signature Hotel for two weeks in March and had a great experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were always great. I ate dinner here a couple of nights and the food was always good. I rented a single room within a suite and a couple of nights I heard someone enter the other (locked) room in the suite, but mostly it was very quiet and I enjoyed being able to use the kitchen and living/dining room area. The wifi is great at this hotel and so is the TV. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinja.
My husband and I were referred to the place by a friend from Kisumu. We are on a 3.5 years travel and that means we are on a budget. This is one place that made us tack the budget far away. They extended a handsome discount to us when they heard where we are headed. We were grateful we called and showed up. The place is very clean, qualified and friendly staff, good food - you must eat the whole tilapia PLEASE. The rooms are big with a beautiful balcony. Large bathroom with hot shower. Manicured gardens and an upcoming pool. We loved every bit of our stay here. If you take alcohol, they don’t stock but will allow you to bring your own.
We visited Jinja for the first time with my family after looking around for accommodation around the area we eventually got signature hotel which was recommended by a local guide from the source of River Nile. The service we got from the receptionist Josephine was amazing immediately we decided to look for no further we booked it and spend a weekend there, the apartment was clean, spacious and location very cozy family friendly place , My boys loved the pools even up to now they're still talking about them. Personally i loved the quietness excellent service and the staff were very helpful, i will definitely recommend it and looking forward to book it again for my future visits in Jinja. We had an Unforgettable experience.
