Signature Hotel Apartments operate with the below policies

LOSS OF ROOM KEY

Loss of room key is billed at $30 So please make sure Room Keys are handed in at the reception in case of moving out of the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All room reservations are confirmed with an 80% deposit. And in case of cancellation, a 50% refund will be made 30 days before the check-in date. Please note that for any cancellation that comes in a period of less than 30 days to the check-in date, there will be no refund. We ask that you follow all the local guidelines and laws with respect to general awareness. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place for the location of your stay.

FAMILY POLICY

Children from 5 years and above are charged as extra people in the room when sharing a room with 2 paying adults. Extra Bed or a Baby cot are always available for a charge, please consult reservations by using the contact details below to be assisted. Kids menu is also available, please contact the Restaurant servers.

PETS

The Hotel does not allow pets but in case of inevitable situations, the Hotel premises have a provision for pet cages. Please consult Hotel Management.
